Workflow Automation

The recurring manual work in your operations, moved into systems that run whether or not anyone remembers.

Overview

The short version

Every growing business accumulates a layer of copy-paste: exporting a report, re-entering an order, chasing an approval by message, reconciling two systems that were never introduced. Individually it is minutes. Collectively it is a full-time role that nobody was hired for. Automation removes it — and unlike a new hire, it does not forget on a Friday afternoon.

Chosen per project against your team's existing skills, your hosting constraints and long-term maintenance cost — not house preference.

Scope

What we build

Operational workflows

Order, lead, ticket and approval routing across the tools you already run.

CRM and sales automation

Enrichment, assignment, follow-up sequencing and pipeline hygiene.

Scheduled reporting

Daily and weekly reports assembled from multiple sources and delivered where your team reads them.

Document and data handling

Intake, extraction, validation and filing for invoices, forms and applications.

System integrations

Connecting platforms that have no native integration, through APIs and webhooks.

Method

How we approach it

The same three commitments apply to every engagement, whatever the technology involved.

  • Map the process before automating it

Automating a broken process just breaks it faster. We document the current flow, remove the steps that exist only out of habit, then build.

  • Built to be observed

Every workflow has run history, error alerting and a retry path. Silent failure is the main risk in automation and we design against it.

  • Handover with documentation

You get a workflow diagram, credential inventory and a written runbook, so the system does not depend on us being reachable.

FAQ

Questions

Straight answers, including the ones that occasionally lose us work.

No. Automation works with the tools you already use. Replacing a platform is a separate decision and we will not bundle it into an automation project.

You can self-host n8n and run everything in-house, or we host and monitor it under a support agreement. Both options are documented so switching later is straightforward.

One workflow that a person currently repeats daily. It proves the value quickly, and the credentials and infrastructure set up for it make the next five faster.

Send the problem, the constraint or the half-formed idea. You will get a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it, and what it would take.
