Software House in Peshawar Building Custom Software, AI & Automation

The Vector is a software house in Peshawar, KPK, helping businesses across Pakistan and international markets build custom software, AI agents and workflow automation that fit real operations.

Based in Peshawar, Pakistan. Working with teams across the Gulf, UK, Europe and North America.

How an engagement runs

7 stages
1
Discovery

A working session on the problem, the constraints and the people affected.

2
Requirements & scope

Features written as outcomes, prioritised into what ships first and what waits.

3
Architecture & design

Data model, service boundaries, integrations and deployment target decided together with the interface design.

4
Development

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can open and use.

5
Testing & QA

Functional, cross-device, performance, accessibility and security checks against the criteria agreed at the start — not a general 'we tested it'.

What we do

Most software problems are not coding problems.

They are decisions made too early, requirements nobody wrote down, and a system architecture chosen before anyone understood the workload it would carry.

We work the other way round. Discovery produces a written understanding of the problem before an estimate exists. Architecture is agreed before the first component is built. What ships in each two-week increment is something you can open and use, not a status update.

More about how we work

  • Built for the work, not the demo

Software judged on how it behaves in month six, under real data volumes and real edge cases — not on how it presents in a first meeting.

  • One team, end to end

Design, engineering, AI and deployment sit in the same delivery team, so decisions do not get lost in a handover between vendors.

  • No lock-in by design

Repository, infrastructure accounts, credentials and documentation are yours from day one. Continuing with us should be a choice, not a dependency.

Local delivery

Need software support in Peshawar or KPK?

For local businesses and remotely managed teams, we work from Peshawar on discovery, architecture and delivery. If you are looking for a software house in Peshawar, a software company in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, or a focused AI automation partner in Pakistan, the best starting point is a straightforward conversation about the workflow you want to improve.

AI & automation

AI that does a defined job, with logs you can audit.

Anyone can produce an impressive AI demo. The engineering is in what happens next: retrieval that stays accurate as documents change, tools an agent may call and boundaries it may not cross, evaluation that catches regressions, and a handover to a person when the model is out of its depth.

  • Retrieval assistants grounded in your own documents, with citations back to the source
  • Agents scoped to one job, with permissions, cost ceilings and full request logging
  • Evaluation sets built from your real cases, so prompt changes are measured not guessed
  • Workflow automation in n8n and custom APIs for the work no model is needed for

Where teams start

Four first projects that pay for themselves quickly and build the infrastructure the next ones reuse.

  • Document intake

Invoices, forms and applications read into structured fields, with validation rules that reject anything implausible.

  • Support triage

Incoming requests classified, prioritised and routed, with the ambiguous cases escalated rather than guessed.

  • Internal knowledge assistant

Staff questions answered from your own policies and documentation, with the source paragraph attached.

  • Scheduled reporting

Reports assembled from several systems and delivered on time, without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

Our commitments

Why work with The Vector

We are a young company. Rather than borrow credibility we have not earned, here is exactly how we work — the commitments are contractual, not aspirational.

  • You own the source code

Your repository, your infrastructure accounts, your credentials, from the first commit. Nothing we build depends on a proprietary layer only we can maintain.

  • Estimates you can hold us to

Stage-by-stage estimates with the assumptions written next to them. When something changes, you hear it in the weekly update rather than in the invoice.

  • Architecture decided before code

Data models, service boundaries and deployment targets are agreed up front. It is the cheapest week of any project and the one most often skipped.

  • Security treated as a requirement

Input validation, least-privilege access, dependency monitoring and secrets kept out of the repository — standard practice, not a paid add-on.

  • Documentation as a deliverable

Setup instructions, architecture notes and runbooks ship with the code, so another engineer could take over without a handover call.

  • One team, direct access

You talk to the engineers building your system. No account manager relaying technical questions in either direction.

Delivery

How we build

Seven stages, each with a named output you receive. The first four are below; deployment, testing and long-term support follow the same structure.

01

Discovery

A working session on the problem, the constraints and the people affected. We produce a written summary of what we understood — if it is wrong, it is cheap to correct at this stage.

  • Problem definition
  • Stakeholder map
  • Success criteria
  • Known constraints
02

Requirements & scope

Features written as outcomes, prioritised into what ships first and what waits. Anything deliberately excluded is written down so it cannot resurface as an assumption.

  • Prioritised backlog
  • Scope boundary
  • Stage estimate
  • Risk register
03

Architecture & design

Data model, service boundaries, integrations and deployment target decided together with the interface design. The expensive decisions are made here.

  • System architecture
  • Data model
  • UI designs
  • Tech stack rationale
04

Development

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can open and use. You get a demo, a changelog and access to the repository throughout.

  • Working increments
  • Code review
  • Automated tests
  • Sprint demos

All seven stages in detail

Industries

Solutions we build, by sector

These describe the systems we are equipped to build, not a claim of prior contracts in each sector. Where we have relevant experience, we will say so specifically in the first conversation.

Healthcare & clinics

Appointment and patient management, intake digitisation, clinical document processing and reporting — designed with access control and audit trails from the start.

Logistics & transport

Fleet and dispatch tools, delivery tracking, route and load planning, proof-of-delivery capture and carrier integrations.

E-commerce & retail

Custom storefronts, inventory and pricing synchronisation, order automation, returns handling and demand forecasting.

SaaS & software products

Multi-tenant architecture, subscription and entitlement logic, admin tooling, public APIs and usage analytics.

Education

Learning platforms, enrolment and assessment systems, attendance tracking and administrative automation.

Real estate

Listing platforms, lead capture and routing, viewing scheduling, document workflows and portal integrations.

All sectors

Working together

Engagement models

Pick the commercial structure that matches how well-defined the work is. We will tell you which one fits after discovery, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Fixed scope

Best when the requirement is well understood and the boundary can be written down.

  • A defined deliverable at a fixed price
  • Staged payments tied to milestones
  • Change requests priced individually
  • Suits MVPs, integrations and site builds

Dedicated team

Best for continuous product development over months rather than weeks.

  • Named engineers reserved for you
  • Monthly rate per person
  • You set the sprint priorities
  • Suits funded products and internal platforms

Time & materials

Best when the requirement will genuinely evolve as you learn.

  • Billed against logged hours
  • Monthly cap you control
  • Reprioritise between sprints
  • Suits R&D and discovery-heavy work

Technical partnership

Best for companies without an in-house engineering function.

  • Ongoing architecture and delivery ownership
  • Monthly retainer
  • Advisory on hiring and tooling
  • Suits founders and operations-led businesses

Standards

Quality, security and scalability are requirements, not upsells.

Secure by default

Input validation on the server, least-privilege access, dependency monitoring, secrets kept out of the repository, and HTTPS with sensible security headers on every deployment.

Tested where it matters

Automated tests around the logic that would hurt most if it broke, code review on every change, and cross-device, performance and accessibility checks before launch.

Built to scale sensibly

Architecture sized for the load you actually expect, with a clear path to grow. We do not sell distributed complexity to a system with two hundred users.

FAQ

Questions we are asked first

If yours is not here, ask it directly — thevectorrr@gmail.com.

Because we structure engagements so the risk is small and reversible. Start with a paid discovery or a first milestone, own the repository from day one, and judge the work before committing further. We would rather earn the second project than oversell the first.

With a call, then a short written summary of the problem as we understood it. If that is accurate, we send a proposal with stages, costs and assumptions. Discovery for larger systems is a small paid engagement, and its output is yours whether or not you continue with us.

It depends on scope, but we quote in stages so you are never asked to approve one large number. After discovery you get a written breakdown per stage, with the assumptions that could change it listed next to each.

Our own engineers. We do not subcontract delivery to a third party without telling you, and you speak directly to the people building your system.

Yes, before any detailed discussion if you prefer. We can work from your NDA or provide ours.

We are in Pakistan (UTC+5) and work with clients across the Gulf, Europe, the UK and North America. We commit to a written overlap window in every engagement so you always know when we are reachable.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Send the problem, the constraint or the half-formed idea. You will get a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it, and what it would take.
