Careers
We are a small team in Peshawar and we hire slowly. There are no open positions listed today — but we read every application that arrives, and we keep good ones on file.
Hiring
How we hire
No unpaid take-home projects that happen to resemble real client work, and no whiteboard algorithm rounds for jobs that will never involve one.
A conversation about something you have built, a short paid exercise if a practical assessment is genuinely needed, and a clear answer either way within two weeks. If we say no, you will get a reason.
We are most likely to be interested in engineers who can point at production systems they own the decisions in — including the ones that went wrong and what they changed afterwards.
Send an open application
Email your CV, GitHub or portfolio and a short note on what you would like to work on. Mention the role you have in mind — we hire across engineering, AI, design and QA.
We reply to every application, including the ones we decline.
Roles
Roles we expect to open
Full-stack engineers
React and TypeScript on the front end, Python or Node on the back. Comfortable owning a feature from data model to deployment.
AI engineers
LLM application work — retrieval systems, agent workflows, evaluation harnesses — plus enough classical machine learning to know when a model is the wrong tool.
Product designers
Interface and interaction design for operational software, with real handover artefacts rather than flat images.
These describe the kind of people we expect to hire as work allows. They are not currently open positions.
