AI Agents & Chatbots

Agents that do a defined job inside your business, with logs you can audit and limits you set.

Overview

The short version

A demo agent is easy. An agent that runs unattended against real customer data is an engineering problem: retrieval quality, tool permissions, failure handling, cost control and a clear path to a human when the model is out of its depth. That is the part we build.

Technologies we use here

Chosen per project against your team's existing skills, your hosting constraints and long-term maintenance cost — not house preference.

Scope

What we build

Retrieval assistants (RAG)

Assistants grounded in your own documents, policies and product data, with citations back to the source so answers can be verified.

Customer support agents

First-line handling on web chat and WhatsApp, with confidence thresholds and clean handover to a person.

Internal operations agents

Agents that read a form, query a system, draft the response and post it where your team already works.

Multi-step workflow agents

LangGraph state machines for tasks with branching, approvals and retries — not a single prompt pretending to be a system.

Document processing

Extraction and classification pipelines for invoices, contracts, applications and reports.

Method

How we approach it

The same three commitments apply to every engagement, whatever the technology involved.

  • Scope narrowly, then widen

One job, done reliably, beats a general assistant that is unpredictable. We define the job, the tools it may call and the boundary it may not cross.

  • Evaluated, not vibes-tested

We build a test set from your real cases and measure changes against it, so a prompt tweak cannot silently break last month's behaviour.

  • Guardrails and cost ceilings

Input validation, permission scoping, rate limits, token budgets and full request logging. You can see what the agent did and what it cost.

FAQ

Questions

Straight answers, including the ones that occasionally lose us work.

Not by us. We use business API tiers where the provider contractually excludes your data from training, and we tell you exactly which provider and which tier a system depends on before you approve it.

Every agent we ship has a confidence boundary and a defined fallback — usually a handover to a person with the full conversation attached. We design the failure path with you, not after.

Open-weight models can be self-hosted where privacy or cost demands it. We will be straightforward about the quality and hardware trade-offs involved.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Send the problem, the constraint or the half-formed idea. You will get a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it, and what it would take.
